City Base Cinemas San Antonio

Went to see bendito corazon. Had a good time. Comfortable seats and loud surround sound so you don't hear other people talking during the movie. Clean restrooms. The staff greeted us and made us feel welcomed.

They are always clean, kind and friendly. I love that they have many different screen times and the seats are very comfy. Snacks are good and at a decent/relatable price. It is pretty cool that they have collectors popcorn containers for certain movies available for purchase. My kids love going there, my parents love going there, I very much enjoy going to this theater.

Way too strict and not the most competent. We purchased tickets online but only got a confirmation code. We tried explaining this to the guy out front scanning tickets and he took us to a kiosk to get us to pay AGAIN for tickets. We had to find him again, but Eventually he understood and got us to the right page. We were able to pass through with our water hydroflask, but then after using the bathroom, a worker came up to us and said we could not have that. We offered to pour out the water, but he insisted. We had to leave to our car to drop it off. When we came back in, we thought we could just go to our theatre, since the ticket guy already scanned us in 5 min before. But he flagged us down like he hadn't seen us ever before. It was just annoying. I get that they don't want you to bring in food or drinks so that you can pay $50 for a small drink and small popcorn, but at least a water?? Usually theatres are cool about letting you bring in something on the low, but this theatre is very strict. Would not go back. Annoying experience

I never been here. I went to see Bendito Corazón and I was amazed at the concession. All the things they sell and everyone trying hard to please the customers. You don't find that often. Even the muchachos who came at the end were thanking everyone for coming. That you don't see anymore. I will definitely come back to watch other independent movies

Very cute little cinema and the people working there were very sweet. My drink could have used a little more alcohol, but the taste was good. Comfortable seating and not overly packed like other places we’ve been. Would definitely go back!

Very good. Purchased tickets online for Avatar 3D movie. Seats very comfortable. Climate very good. Sound and screen visuals above reproach. Popcorn freshly made. Service very friendly. Ambiance comfortable and friendly. No crowd on a Saturday night. Restrooms were clean with a good room fragrance. Exterior safe and well lit. Great job City Base team. TY. I will return.

I purchased 3 tickets of the regular screening of Zootopia 2 with the recliner seats. Our theatre was located on the left side. It was the last room next to the men’s bathroom. I enjoyed the movie but the recliner seat I sat on which was row F seat 8 did not recline at all. This was very disappointing since I go to City Base Cinemas for their recliner seating. Overall my experience with the movie was amazing but it could’ve been even more better if my recliner seat was functioning.
