Ignite Adult Store

The general manager of this location is extremely rude and unprofessional. After spending some time in this location me and my partner were followed the entire time. After leaving the store I called back to share my concerns and was told to spend my money somewhere else. If your establishment is so worried about theft, invest in cameras and don’t force your consumers to feel like criminals. This place has the worst customer service by far out of any adult store I have ever visited. Not sure who the owners are but please retain your team to treat customers like people not criminals.

had one of the worst experiences at this store. The bigger female employees were extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. They acted like I was going to steal something, constantly watching me instead of helping. One of them even snatched clothes right out of my hands, which was completely unnecessary and humiliating. On top of that, they kept making comments about my body saying my cleavage was "too big" for any of their tops and that my body "wouldn’t fit in anything." It was beyond disrespectful and made me feel uncomfortable and judged. No customer deserves to be treated like that just for shopping.

Smallish Hispanic light complexion looking male was just staring at me the whole time. Not a good experience so I left and chose to spend 100$$ elsewhere. I hate being watched in stores like this. I already have to get over my anxiety and then I pull up just to have someone hovering over my shoulder the whole time. I didn’t have a bag or any pockets on my sweatpants for him to be doing all that extra shit lol

First time being in this store so of course I didn’t know what is where and when looking around one gentleman with a hat literally falling around right on my ass, like how am I gonna shop comfortably then when my wife went to look at the makeup they stand right behind her by the clear glass shelf, so she moved to look at the lingerie and boom he was there too so I just paid for what I got and left cause that’s ridiculous how are you falling customers that can’t shop comfortably when literally your are right on them or to the side.

A short Latino man in a white hat followed us all around the store and made me and my girlfriends feel very uncomfortable definitely will not be going back .

Didn't have a good time there at all. Intact didn't even get to go 2 feet in store. Pulled into parking lot and got to smoke a cigarette, while the employees enjoyed the Marijuana cigarette. They went inside and I preceded to finish my cigarette. Before I could even finish the manger came at rudely asked us to leave. I asked why, and notified him we where here to shop. I put cigarette out and walked in. They asked for an ID my wife presented hers and I had to get my paper id I just got yesterday after getting my licensed renewed do to me get medical Marijuana card from the state of Texas through the compastionate care program. I have sever Combat PTSD and sever chronic pain from injurues sustained in Iraq trying to serve my country. Drove all the way from Poteet to the location on the south side across from South Park Mall for my 37th birthday. Couldn't even get in the door. I guess the customer isn't right and veterans are scary people especially ones who have survived extreme odds in service for there country. Excellent job yall 1 star
