Enjoyed the movie in their reclining seats 😊 Nice atmosphere. I’d like to go next time for the Bowling and try the Cafè

We always have a great time at Santikos Casa Blanca! It is such a fun, family-friendly place with something for everyone. Whether we are catching a movie, playing games, or just spending quality time together, it always turns into a great experience. The atmosphere is clean, welcoming, and perfect for families. The theaters are comfortable, the sound and picture quality are excellent, and the food options make it easy to enjoy the whole evening without having to go anywhere else. It has definitely become one of our favorite spots for family fun. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing outing with their loved ones.

First time here, first impression... the good: Great location, good value, many options for entertainment. The bad: Hardly any staff to assist in matters..too many automated options with no personal interactions, it was very hard to find a staff member when issues arose within the bowling alley and food ordering. I feel like this is an area for improvement. Would come back.

Unfortunately experienced really bad customer service for the first time and had us thinking if we will be returning… heard about the military Monday offer and called to confirm that it is an in person only offer, which is understandable. But it’s advertised as $5 military Monday for movie options. Not advertising as "some movies due to the room they are showing the movie in" is how it was explained to me. So then after paying regular price for tickets purchased our concessions and we needed a small popcorn but didn’t realize the small was more than the large ($5 large, $9 for small) why would the employee not suggest the option for cheaper and more? Should have seen the screen before handing over my card yes but was trying to order. Also when asked what comes on a certain type of pizza she said she couldn’t ask what came on it?? Strange and odd to me… shouldn’t you know your products and if not go ask somebody who knows? Just a very not so great experience and we do not know if we will be coming back… for fellow military members beware of the "military Monday" advertisement. As they do not fulfill their end…

Went to this theater for the first time since moving to the area. The whole experience from start to finish was awful. We paid extra for the AVX experience. The screen was extremely dim, to the point it was obvious you couldn't see a lot in the screen. Very upsetting. It was also extremely quiet to the point I could hear anyone opening their snacks even from across the theater. Seats dont recline, not a huge deal but also kinda meh since most theaters have those. Guy at the food service counter was also extremely rude. I guess he didn't hear when I said I didn't want the overpriced cheese cup. He said "do you want it or not?!" I a pretty harsh tone. The night was a total waste of time and money. Drive a few extra minutes and go somewhere else.

did not really have any complaints. I've been in the basic seats and the "luxury" seats. I put that in quotes because luxury is usually an experience altogether rather than an added feature but the place is clean and calm. expect things like water and snacks to be at least 5x the price like every other theater. I have not tried the arcade or bowling so disregard this if you're looking for the experience on those things

Comfortable seats! Mondays are Military Monday prices ($5 tickets, popcorn, & large drinks). Tuesdays are discounted prices for everyone ($4.99 tickets, popcorn, & large drinks). Spacious. They also have bowling and a dining area.
