I had such an amazing experience at Hustler’s Hollywood Downtown San Diego, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Julio and Meagan! From the moment I walked in, Julio greeted me right away and made me feel completely comfortable. It was actually my first time ever visiting the store, and I didn’t know what to expect, but he immediately put me at ease. He was incredibly informative, showed me lots of great options, and truly went the extra mile to make my visit special. I came in on my birthday back in October 2025, and he genuinely helped turn it into a fun and memorable experience. Meagan also jumped in to help, and she was just as wonderful. She was kind, thoughtful, and really cared about helping me find the perfect items. She went above and beyond to help me with sizing and accessories for my birthday event, and she made the whole process feel fun instead of awkward. She’s knowledgeable, personable, and has such great energy. I meant to write this review sooner, but life got busy — however, I’ll never forget how both of them made me feel. Their kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service truly stood out. They made me feel confident, comfortable, and honestly… super sexy in my own skin just as I am. Julio and Meagan are absolute assets to Hustler’s Hollywood. Thank you both so much for such a positive, empowering experience! I’ll definitely be back.

A+ on everything about the store. The staff was super friendly and approachable. Very clean and safe environment. it’s right next to a nightclub and in the heart of downtown

I'm so sad that my favorite worker was fired or she left she was so nice and polite and even sold me things when I was 17 but the new coworkers were polite and said I couldn't buy any toys so it's ok

amazing selection of products and incredibly friendly staff who made my visit comfortable and enjoyable. definitely coming back for more fun!

I come to this store often and always have an amazing time with the staff being so nice and helpful. I went in there last night with my girlfriend and we were looking at toys and came across the paddles. We playfully hit each other to see how it would feel and if we want to purchase one and one of the staff that I never seen before yells at us from across the store "ladies that inappropriate you have to hit in the inner part of your arm" I can understand if that's a rule though I was not aware but the way she yelled it from across the store catching all the attention of the other customers to the point they were staring at us made us very uncomfortable so we left. I just feel she could have simply walked over to us to let us know rather than cause a scene. Besides that I really love this store. Been coming here for years but I'm uneasy to come back because of her

Shout out to Jennifer, Kendra and Kyle! You all really know how to cater to your clients. You all seriously look like you love your job and your service was 10/10.This is my favorite Hustler store to date. It’s enormous and loaded wall to wall with everything you can imagine. Keep up the great work.

I've been to this place 3 times now. It has everything! There are three floors full of items. I've noticed that you don't get ID'd until the top floor, so I guess the bottom and second floor is ID free for younger explorers. The second floor usually has the 'for sale' Hustler item brands. The top has more, 🤭, stuff. The staff have always been kind to me, so I highly recommend this place for a more exotic shopping experience. Don't be shy!😁
