I bought a toy two weeks ago to take on vacation unfortunately I did not get to use it. I thought it was manufactured defect when I got home. I called the shop and Steve answered. I was kind of embarrassed to tell him, but I told him it wasn’t working, he walked through the directions with me to get it to charge. Talk about great customer service.

Locally owned business with a large selection of any adult items you might want or need. Pleasant staff, clean, bright and well organized. I’ve never been made to feel uncomfortable browsing or asking questions about items they sell - they’ve always been super friendly and informative.

These guys rock. I’ve gone in there pretty often and bought some toys that are "slightly large" and never once have they treated me unprofessionally. The leather shop above them is also super friendly. I would like to see a larger selection of video tape cleaner, but what they have works totally fine. Friendly, professional, clean, quite, and helpful.
