What truly sets this place apart is the staff—they’re very knowledgeable, professional, and make you feel completely comfortable asking questions or exploring products without any awkwardness. The store feels inclusive, respectful, and well-organised, which makes the whole experience relaxed and empowering rather than intimidating. You can tell there’s a strong focus on education, quality, and customer comfort. Overall, a fantastic place with great products and even better people. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a safe, friendly, and judgment-free shopping experience.

This company is unfortunately pro-ai, not only selling toys with ai art on the box but their company promotional signage features ai generated imagery as well. Support businesses that support real artists, shop elsewhere.

Amazing service! Paola helped me when it came to finding disability accesible items, she was incredibly attentive and polite. I came out of it with items added to my wishlist, just what I was hoping for!

There was a female and a male worker that day. Both were professional and cordial. When I asked for a specific item, they exclaimed that they did not have the exact item. However, the female worker was nice enough to show me substitutes, as well as allowing me to feel test-product of two similar designs, but of different materials. This was a very positive experience and am grateful for their help!

I had a horrible experience here today. I came here with my girlfriend and we were treated terrible by one of the staff members. A staff member ended up yelling at my girlfriend while she was taking a picture of something we wanted to get. She was only taking a picture because I had to wait at the front for her. We didn’t know the rule about pictures and it was an honest mistake. There was no reason to yell.

My first experience was wonderful! There was a fellow queer person working who was extremely helpful and kind. Device selection is good and I spent around $150 on 2 luxe vibrators and lubricant. However, the next time I tried to come in the woman working wouldn't let me park my e-scooter inside while shopping. If you don't drive, I'd recommend you not bother trying to shop here. There's no safe bike parking within blocks and I do not feel safe walking from SOMA to Mission due to some past experiences in the neighborhood. Any other store you walk into will let you bring your cycle or scooter in so I would choose another shop or use their online store.
