Good Vibrations Polk

I would rate this lower, but can't. I came in close to closing time and acknowledged that but said that I was specifically looking for lingerie and would be quick. She told me that I only had two minutes (which was 5 minutes) and was extremely rude. I then asked if she just didn't want my business to which she basically said no. I have always had such a positive experience at this location, but I would not have burden emoyees if thought I was going to take too much of their time. L take my business and tell my friends to the same else where. Secrets is not far.

Surprisingly unaccommodating customer service. Walked in here with my small dog. They would not allow me to shop with the dog. I offered to tie him up at a corner at the entry to the store out of the way. (I did not want to tie my dog up outdoors as they are often stolen). They said they would not allow that for the comfort of other guests. The store was entirely empty! They were not willing to be accommodating and I really don’t understand why. Won’t come back.

Not only is this a great chain, this is my favorite Good Vibes in the city. It recently added plus size lingerie to this location(not all have them!), and if you know a person of size you know how hard that is to find. Prices are absolutely reasonable. And of course it has the usual GB extensive collection of toys, supplies like lube, condoms, videos, guidebooks etc. Come here with a partner and have a blast.

Elected not to buy anything due to the poor selection available. Stuck around to check out a few more things for a few minutes and then left. On my way out, employee rudely accused me of shoplifting because I came in with a canvas bag (to pick up groceries on the way home). Glad they didn't have what I wanted, won't be returning. I know shoplifting is rampant in SF, but treat your customers with some respect.

Very rude staff, I’m nearly 30 and they wouldn’t let me in because I didn’t have a physical I.D. I had a bank card and copy of my passport, license, bank statement etc but still refused. They then kicked me out onto the street. The I.D situation is weird (especially considering I’ve been to several of their other chains and not once been asked for one) but I can accept it, making me leave and stand on the street while waiting for an Uber was unnecessary and mean. I’m a single woman traveling on my own, I was exhausted and carrying a huge heavy bag. SF can be a dangerous place. Disappointing behaviour from anyone, especially a professional and fellow women

was recently cleaning out an old bedroom closet and guess what I found.............2 battery operated vibrators from the original SF store. We bought them back in the 80s on a visit. One unit has the "so you went and bought a battery operated model against our advice" note. Remembering the "try out room" behind the curtain.

If you're in San Fran, and you need a WeVibe 3, a large selection of condoms (some of them in plaid), and a peek at a vibrator from the 1890's, you'll be going to Good Vibrations. Any of their 3 SF locations will do. They have all of the purchases you need to make and a museum (this location only) of ancient and not-so-ancient tools for giving women curative paroxysms to stop their hysteria of the uterus. To think that doctors used to have to do this work by hand! The space is great, the employees darling, and the selection of floggers, lubes, and porn enough for any kinkster to find something to float their boat. Go, and get kinky. Enjoy the Good Vibrations.
