Good Vibrations Valencia

Went there yesterday with my friend going through a divorce, whom never been to a pleasure store before. CJ spent ~an hour with us, walking her through all the options from libido, lube, erotica books, and dildos. She walked away with two bags full and even enjoyed one later at home. I too walked away with some goodies. I cannot recommend this store location or CJ more.

Horrible customer service. They didn’t have the item I was looking for in store, so they offered to order it from their website. I ordered and the package got delayed for more than two weeks. USPS reached out saying that it got lost. When I reached out to customer service of the store with this issue they seemed to have no idea about that and took their time to process, that’s okay. Came back to me in a day saying that I should just be more patient and it’s on the way. When I said that it is acceptable delay and there is no proof it is on its way actually, they just told me that I cannot cancel it and just need to be patient. How patient am I supposed to be, when a store doesn’t take a situation like this seriously I’m not going to be patient, I’m just going to buy from a different store and they are supposed to refund me. However, the customer service representative said that I can only refuse/return it when it arrives, pay for shipment back MYSELF and they will also take 20% off the refund as a restock fee. Crazy talk. Recommend to order from a different place.

Been dating a new Joy, totally in love, drove over listening to love songs, needed some toys … boy that place totally killed all my good vibes. I’ve been mugged before with better vibes. The End

I found staff to be helpful, open, professional and sometimes a little pushy. Good selection of products and great location as far as being nearby lots of liveliness and businesses I also go to (like Community Thrift and the Fabric Outlet...). I especially appreciate staff referring to me automatically with gender neutral pronouns. In general I appreciate the attitude/culture of the store and the sex positivity and affirmation of all genders.

I normally love this location and I had waited a long time to not buy something online just to support a local store. My friend and I were waiting in the cut off waiting area to get in and she raised her mask to take a sip of her drink (face was still covered). An employee came out and berated us for drinking and was incredibly mean. I wouldn’t have minded a normal reminder but it was really bad. 3 stars because I feel bad for them working during a pandemic, but we had a terrible experience. Please shop to support local businesses, but don’t expect normal service.

It's your one-stop-sex-shoppe to fulfill all your fantasies. This store obviously leads a bit more towards the feminine side but Men, don't be scared off. Step inside and the knowledgeable staff is there to make you feel comfortable and "at home". Just ask questions and they'll have answers.

Very unhappy. I asked to purchase a product and was directed to a vibrator by the sales staff. I purchased it, but it was not at all what I described. I realized this after leaving the store and contacted to return the unopened vibrator, but was told I could not. (Even though the only reason I'd purchased it was that the sales person led me to the wrong one!) I used to love Good Vibes for the sex positive culture + great customer support, but this was terrible! (Also, at 2x the price you'd buy this stuff anywhere else, I think they either need to hire better people or allow exchanges in cases like this!)
