Mr. S Leather

My partner ordered a bulldog harness for me, which unfortunately happened to be too small despite our measurements. The return process was easy, and the new piece arrived quickly. The piece itself is beautiful and cost-effective. We’re both really satisfied and would recommend their shop easily!

Love my new hood. As I already have one, needed one that fit me better. This came in very quickly too. Put the order in on Friday and came in today. Very happy with Mr S Leather gear! Always a fan and always will be! You made me one happy pup! Awroooo!

This is my first piece from Mr. S and it’s just next level awesome. I’m going to a Leather Daddy event in Boston but haven’t gotten all my gear outta storage since moving to Maine. The build quality and craftsmanship of this harness is just beautiful. Heavy duty, substantial hardware and the red piping is just perfect 10/10.

I visited the shop physically for the second time, although I've shopped online with them for years now. The customer service on the floor was phenomenal (although the cashier just stared and didn't smile or greet when I walked in). I appreciated the employee who helped me choose and took measurements for adjustment for the leather jockstrap I ended up purchasing. The selection of gear and other merchandise is overwhelming but so, so good! If you get a chance to shop in person, I highly recommend it, you won't regret it! Overall, I felt welcomed and will definitely continue to support this business.

I was amazed at how quick a response I got from Mr. S leather to a question I sent them regarding my F machine pro 4. They sent me a picture of the two items which could have been causing my issue and asked me to circle the one that it was. I did that; they had a replacement part in stock which they shipped immediately. Not only that but they explained how to avoid such an issue in the future. They certainly stood behind the product with a complete understanding of it and resolved my issue in 2 working days from start to finish. I would recommend everyone buy products from them; I know I shall.

Amazing experience. Robert was so knowledgeable and helpful. Only downside was the truely overwhelming range of products - I was glad I went prepared with a list. However it was fun to look around. Would definitely recommend a visit if you’re in SF!

I love Mr S as a brand and have actually made few different purchases in store. The only thing that gets me about Mr. S is the customer service. Sometimes you’ll come across a worker who’s friendly and more than happy to help. Then the next a worker who answers questions with sass and look at you like you’re a burden on them and they have something better to do. It seems to be that certain employees treat customers based on their attractiveness. I’ve literally have had a worker sass me in one interaction and then the next time I came, fresh from the barber, it was "let’s get this sexy guy some help." I’m not looking to make best friends or meet the love of my life in Mr S, but damn I thought the environment of the store and wider leather community was one of acceptance and be welcoming to ALL.
