Phantom

Was walking around town while visiting the city and came across this shop. Thought it was cute and went in to shop and immediately walking in the door the guy at the counter full of attitude says "You need to give us your bags". Been to plenty of shops where they ask that you leave bags at the counter, but you can at least be kind about it instead of blurting it at your customers rudely. No hello welcome to our store or anything just "you need to give us your bags".

Sounds like Colin doesn't understand basic sale sign logic. Unless specified signs that say "buy one get one half off," almost 100% of the time mean that you have to purchase two of the same product. It's not their fault you don't know that.

Misleading customers with sign of buy 1 get 1 half off. I chose 2 products thinking buy one full price and get the second item for half off (lesser price of the 2). Asked and confirmed to me and said yes. Only to find out no matter how I calculated after walking away from the store, total didn’t add up. When I went back to ask for clarification, only then he tells me the condition is to buy two of the same item to get the 2nd one off. At that point, what the point of buying two items of the same exact thing? FYI: no refund or even exchanges sign and not even willingness to remedy the situation. Never spending my money there again. Clearly doesn’t care about retaining customers

The rudest person ive ever encountered at any store ever. Its an older guy, i was in the store under a minute when the guy asked me if he could help me.. i was the only person in the store. I said no thank you im just looking around and he said "no youre not it looks to me like youre texting" complete a*#hole in my opinion... im going next door to blow my money...

rude rude and wow just a a$$ next door. at ROCK HARD got my business . i mean what is wrong with the brother man , just a doucheok so i went back there last week and same gentleman that was rude was a different person, very polite and nice . So much i am editing this review

I thought this place was great! A big selection of adult toys and various adult games. A good place for the imagination to run wild. If you’re looking for something in particular, just ask. 5/5.
