Secrets Boutique - San Jose

Angel and Hazel are awesome! Great clarity on the products and they know so much about the business. I wish I could do a 6/5 but 5/5 stars will do for amazing service!

Small store. Good selection of toys, but disappointed in their selection of male enhancement. Guy at counter pretty uneducated in products, so that was a let down. Ended up not buying anything but they have a life size mannequin in store which is pretty cool and a funny little store decoration. Wish they have better supplements though.

Secrets boutique is very clean and the 2 managers are awesome & very nice.

I went tonight and was greeted by a friendly gal who was putting up new items on the walls. She showed me what I needed. Great selection, very affordable and reasonable prices for sure. The arcade in the back was cool. Ten bucks gets you about 15-20 minuets or so, I wasn’t timing.

Terrible customer service!! The woman on the phone has zero customer experience! If you don't like your job, find something else lady 👎🏻

The shop owner was really rude and never once got off her phone. I was told by a friend that they had some great deals (which they did) but I wasn't even helped. All of the staff that had worked nights are no longer there (from what I heard the girl quit and I'm not sure about the night guy). The new people they have working there are a joke. I've seen better workers in shopping outlets collecting the carts. I can only hope this store location either gets some real workers and fires the manager (how she keeps her job is beyond me) or they should be closed down. Nothing says trashy like "here's a nasty porn shop right across from a school (2 for that matter)" If I could say any worse on here, I would. I was honestly insulted by how incompetent the morning woman was and how their new staff is just as helpless on everything.

Affordable prices great service and fun place to be
