I had a great experience at Barnes & Noble. The customer service here truly stands out. The staff were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely hardworking they took the time to help without ever making me feel rushed, and it was clear they cared about doing their jobs well. A special thank you to Bella, who went above and beyond with her patience, kindness, and attention to detail. Her help made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable, and her hard work did not go unnoticed. You can tell this team puts real effort into creating a welcoming environment. Their help is truly appreciated. This location is a great example of what excellent customer service looks like, and I highly recommend stopping by.

The size of this location is huge! It's almost as big as the one at The Grove or the Americana in Los Angeles. It's 2 stories and filled to the brim with so many books! Their romance section is the largest I've seen and the manga selection is vast as well. For being a large store location, it was well kept and organized. If you enjoy reading, it's a fantastic spot to frequent.

The biggest Barnes & Noble I have visited. 2 would expect more from a 2-storey bookstore. They have more options than other small ones obviously. The section dedicated for early readers and young children is quite impressive. I can find a lot of stuff here. I also love their manga section because it’s larger than others. There’s a Starbucks inside the store and you get $1 OFF a hot or iced tea if you make a purchase.

The Barnes & Noble at Hillsdale Shopping Center is certainly one of my favorite locations. The two floors and large atrium gives the store a welcoming and spacious feeling. The sections are well laid out and do not feel cramped. There are wooden chairs scattered around the store for you to sit and peruse a book. The staff is also super friendly and always checking up on you or ready to help if needed.

Perfect place for kids and adults for reading, having coffee and pick up new books)

I love this store, it is great for browsing books, and other gift options like journals, pens, toys, puzzles. I enjoy the local book stores too, it's a totally different vibe, but I come here when I need to cover a lot all at once.

What a wonderful place to buy a book. Full of color and wonder. Two story’s filled with a million stories for and one who loves to read or just look at illustrations. My kids absolutely loved the store. As good as a trip to the zoo, or and amusement park !
