Secrets Boutique - Santa Rosa

Very clean. The ladies working there are very knowledgeable and super friendly. Not the old sex shop from the 90’s or early 2000’s.

Store is under NEW management! What a difference! Fun and friendly knowledgeable staff. Wide selections and decently priced. Cool current lingerie in all sizes including plus sizes! New products! Highly recommend!

Came in as an unexperienced buyer and did not have a good experience. Staff don't seem to have much context or descriptions of products and I had a hard time choosing what I wanted with the little information I was given. The arcade was an interesting concept to say the least.... The staff appears to not know what they are doing, specifically, one employee and the assistant manager who helped me. Definitely recommend going to a different store.

Good customer service and help getting deals 🥰😇❤️😈

I went in and spent over $100 on multiple products. Two of them have worked well and I am satisfied with them, but the third most expensive product was defective. The vibrator which cost more than $50 was missing the battery pack insert. I took the vibrator back to the store for the insert and the lady behind the counter was no help and told me to call the manufacturer. I was not looking for a return or store credit, just for the product I had already purchased to work. This business is very dishonest and I will not be returning.

This store has chill staff and they deal with too much! Anyways thanks for the products! Don’t forget your mask people! Great place and my girls favorite. Genuinely appreciate the employees and their kindness.

They were very helpful and even tossed in a coupon worth 25 dollars, I've been to the one in Rohnert park and needless to say I am never going back I had purchased a product and hadn't even left the parking to find the product broken, I went in to return it for another and they have a no return policy. Not a good policy, they lost my business.
