Love the associates here. They are super helpful. Store is very clean. Lots of fabulous products!

My husband and I tried to use our debit cards and it gave a fraud alert, on there screen. The clerk was flippant and dismissive of the problem stating it happens all the time and that it is there machine. She also stated "most people just go get cash and come back". We left and found that at our next stop that our card was frozen and we could no longer use it. It being a Friday night before Christmas we can not use our card and shipments have been canceled with our kids Christmas gifts because of the card being frozen! This is ridiculous we will never be shopping at this Fasinations and possibly all Fasinations again because of this unacceptable situation.

Kelly and Camber were great and a lot of help. 10/10 service. Definitely will be back.
