I definitely love shopping here! The staff is very knowledgeable and welcoming. I always feel comfortable asking any questions I have knowing I'm going to get an honest and helpful answer. They keep the store very clean, and it has a beautiful dressing room with a large mirror area. It is one of the largest adult stores I have been to with many options to choose from! They're constantly doing specials and discounts, and signing up for their rewards program is definitely recommended!

Literally, this store is the best and has everything! From anything you want on the shelf to an amazing prices to a no pressure down to earth employees to help you! I had the privilege of Chelsi helping me and my experience with her assistance and knowledge was awesome! I personally enjoyed the conversation as much as I did with my purchases. Customer for life! I am writing to express my disappointment with the store’s return and exchange policy. My girlfriend and I visited the store last night and spent $205 on various products. While the overall customer service during our visit was pleasant, our experience after the purchase was disappointing. Shortly after completing our transaction—within five minutes, with the tags still attached—we realized that one of the items, a skirt, was unnecessary, as my girlfriend already owned something similar. I immediately returned to the register to request a refund or exchange. The cashier informed me that all sales are final, with no returns or exchanges permitted, even for unused items. When I explained the circumstances, I was told, "I’m sorry, everything is final." At no time during our shopping experience or at checkout were we made aware of this policy, and I did not receive a receipt for our purchase. The following morning, my girlfriend opened a $25 pair of underwear that was in a package we had purchased (she did not try them on). Upon opening the package, we discovered the size was incorrect—it was labeled 1X, intended for individuals weighing 180–220 lbs, while my girlfriend weighs 150 lbs. An associate had assisted us in selecting all of the underwear during our visit. I called the store to see if an accommodation could be made, especially considering we had spent over $200 at that location. I was told that no exception could be made due to store policy and that the item could not be returned or exchanged because it had been "opened," despite never being worn or used. While I understand the importance of hygiene policies, refusing even a store credit seems excessive—particularly given that the store sells other intimate items and electronic devices. Please be aware: This store does not disclose its "final sale" or "no exchanges" policy during the shopping or checkout process.
