Entertainment Earth

I had an outstanding experience with Entertainment Earth, all thanks to Donald R. Tapia. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. He kept me updated, checked with his manager, and made sure everything was handled quickly and smoothly. This kind of dedication made the whole shopping experience a breeze, he handled the situation with care and dedication, completely transformed what could have been a frustrating situation into a wonderful shopping experience. I’m so impressed, and I’ll absolutely be coming back for more. Five stars without a doubt!

This was my first experience with Entertainment Earth's customer service. I had an issue with a pre order that I needed canceled, Donald R. T. really went out of his way to help me and even called me back to confirm he was able to process my request. He went above and beyond to make sure he was able to help me out. We need more customer service representatives like this man, W for Entertainment Earth 👍

Donald R. Tapia is the EE agent who helped me resolve my pre-order cancellation issues today. Donald was kind and informative. Also, his interaction with me felt caring, sincere, and understandable to my concerns. I believe he went above and beyond with his service. I know who to call with any questions or concerns regarding EE. Thank you, Donald — I truly appreciate all your help!

"Donald R. T. provided excellent customer service and was extremely helpful when my Fredbear Funko Pop order was accidentally cancelled. He looked into the issue quickly, kept me updated, and helped me get it restored. I really appreciate his patience and support — thank you so much!"

I'm extremely pleased with the customer service I recently received from Entertainment Earth. One of my items arrived damaged so I took some pictures & sent them off through email to Entertainment Earth. It only took a day I believe to hear back from them with a couple of options & I was happy to accept one that day. Within 24hrs I received confirmation back from them & everything has been successfully completed. This was a great experience after a disappointing start, thanks.

Donald R. T. at Entertainment Earth was fantastic to work with! I ran into an issue with my order, and he went above and beyond to make it right quickly and professionally. He kept me informed, was incredibly helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress free. Donald is a true asset to Entertainment Earth. A+ customer service!

The customer service of this company is absolutely awesome! When I met a shipping issue and wrote them an email, they replied early the next morning, and followed up very efficiently to solve the issue. I believe the man who helped me is called Garrett. Very much appreciated. I'll let more people know about Entertainment Earth and buy more figures myself.
