Boxlunch is a great place to purchase merch for your preferred fandom! Disney, Anime, Harry Potter, and just generally fantastic licensed items are sold here. There were so many items here I would purchase as gifts for other or myself. Staff was very friendly and casual. They have a lot of items I didn't know I wanted and needed in my life. Such a neat place!

I bought a gift for my sister the other day, a Winnie the Pooh planner, and when I flipped through to look at it when I got home I noticed that the stickers were completely misprinted and unusable. For the amount of money their things are I would hope that they wouldn’t be like this.

BoxLunch is one of my favorite stores in the mall! It’s always super clean and tidy, and the employees are so kind and helpful. I’ve noticed it’s been a bit hot and uncomfortable in there lately, ig the ac is broken? I was only there for about an hour and I was starting to get hot, I can only imagine how the poor employees feel spending all day in that heat! I hope it gets fixed for them soon. It’s amazing just how helpful and on top of everything the workers are despite the heat! I know wouldn’t be able to work half as hard as them if I had to spend all day in a stuffy store lol

Always have a good selection of stuff. I had mentioned to Rob while I was there that I always forget about my box lunch cash dates and miss out on the coupons. He actually called me a few weeks later when the coupons were active as a reminder.😄

My son and I visited this store looking for a very specific FNAF item. Unfortunately the store did not have the item we were looking for, however, Both Laura and Ava were exceptionally helpful in helping us find something similar and just as cool. I would recommend this store 100% to everyone. The staff was willing to go the extra mile to ensure that we were satisfied with our purchase. We will absolutely return based on this experience.

My favorite store !!!!! The staff is super friendly and always ready to help !! I've been here about 4 times since they've opened and it's always cleaned and organized and everytime i have any questions regarding merchandise they're always super helpful ! Keep up the great job !!

I was kicked out of BoxLunch for exercising my right to shop barefeet by Jacob. There's no signs up on the store front saying shoes are necessary, and it violates my right to shop barefoot and extremely unprofessional of this employee.
