Castle Megastore - Spokane Valley, WA

Cashier was super helpful and informative. Made being new into this type of community, very comfortable. I set up an account, and can't wait to go back. I got 3 collars totaling under $100 and I love them all!!

Great service, wide selection, all around a great store. It needs a little more energy within the store. The building and interior design didnt feel very welcoming, but the service was very helpful and direct.

Nive big selection! Very helpful staff... Military discount.... BUT ONLY if you are AD or Active Guard and are willing to show your actual MIL ID, cant use VA card nor the veteran status on your driver's license. Reasonably priced goods as well.

The store is clean, spacious and well organized with many different sections of adult items. Prices can seem steep depending on what you're looking at, but it's understandable for being a brick and mortar store rather than an online only store front. But most of the time products are at a reasonable price and more than likely if you need it...Castle will definitely have it! The staff here are so sweet, helpful and respectful with customers. Kayla is always well informed about so many products during my multiple visits here and Gabriel went out of his way to try and find what I needed even though I didn't get to interact with him directly until checkout. I always appreciate the staff here and appreciate them so much as a "timid" shopper in a taboo shop like this. Highly recommend this place if you need anything to spice things up in the bedroom! ;D

The ladies were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They answered all my questions and while I was looking they checked in with me once in awhile to see if I needed any help but they weren't pushy at all I really like the gals that are there.

We had the most pleasant saleslady! Very knowledgeable, very "involved" in our visit, without being intrusive...a very good experience for a senior couple!

The employees were polite and welcoming! Offered help and answered all questions! Great store. Great products. Great staff.
