Five Below

Had some good sales out front before you walk in the store. I got a fold up lawn chair in a bag for 7 bucks and a huge rug for 7 that's really pretty. They have alot of different things from clothes, to makeup, to clothes, to purses,to Bluetooth speakers, to rugs, and lots of items for your cell phone, and pillows and candy, and more. They have pop-sockets for your cell phone that were a good deal and priced at 5 bucks. Those are way higher priced at Walmart and other places that carry them. They had lots of Bluetooth speakers to choose from and had some cool ones. I was at the store because I was searching for a stylus for my cell phone and Google search listed this store carried them. They were the lowest priced on them in Springfield. I only was looking for a stylus, but there were so many good deals that I left spending $30, which isn't much with all the items I got for that. Bought my daughter a few gifts for her Birthday and I highly recommend coming here if you need to get a gift for anyone, because there's so many cool things you'll find and at low prices. I went to the 5 below off of South Glenstone and am definitely going to go back many times. I loved the store and variety of things, and prices.

I really love this five below. The deals are pretty cool. There’s a lot of fun and quirky things in the store. Unique gifts for people and quality gifts for each person on your list. Workers at the store are always friendly and helpful when I have come in. I have generally found the toys for kids to be a great item here. Very good variety of toys that are so reasonable in price.

So this store says it's Five below is that five degree below? Five below ground sure not prices from Five below it's more like 35.00 below

I went to every single one that Springfield Missouri has to offer and it wasn't until I went to the last one, which is the one in the picture, that I found what I had been looking for at all the other ones. The second store I went to which is the one that's right off 44 next to a Walmart kind of, The lady there was like acting like I was going to steal something or do something wrong. I scanned a shirt dropped it in a bag she's 10 ft away from me and proceeded to tell me that she don't think that the machine beeped it, so I pointed right at the screen I said yes it did and she went on trying to give me some excuse about how it's been messing up.. but clearly was working just fine. Not everybody's out to rob somebody.

First time at the location. Seemed a little disorganized. Weren't as many options/assortment of items as I had anticipated. Staff was friendly and were pleasant while assisting others.

I love this place! Little bit of everything and the prices are amazing. Could use friendlier staff though

This evening, I visited the store approximately 15 minutes before closing. I fully understand that employees are eager to wrap up their day and leave on time; however, I was surprised by the way the closing procedures were handled. Roughly five minutes before closing, an employee walked through the store announcing to customers that it was time to head to the front to check out, saying "please and thank you"—but her tone came across as abrupt and unwelcoming. Then, at exactly 8:00 PM, a loud yell was made from the front of the store: "WE ARE CLOSED NOW! YOU NEED TO PURCHASE YOUR ITEMS NOW!" While I respect the importance of adhering to store hours, the delivery of these messages felt unnecessarily harsh and unprofessional. As someone who has worked in customer service for many years, I understand the need to encourage timely checkouts, but there are more courteous ways to handle such situations—especially when customers are still actively shopping within the posted business hours. For context, I completed my purchase and was in my car by 8:02 PM. I believe a more considerate approach would leave customers with a better impression and reflect more positively on the business.
