The two ladies working were wonderful and super helpful with helping us find what we were looking for and even helped us find a lube that would work for us. A couple other customers in the store were being very rude to them, but they were still professional and kind in helping us with what we needed. Would give more stars if I could. Everyone that works there is always so helpful and kind.

Such a fun place! I literally had more laughs with the Manager than any other experience in my 29 years of shopping in Springfield! If you've never been, it is so much more than what you may think! Thanks so much for the fun! (-from Dustin so people don't confuse me for Lisa )

Great store, Great selection of products. From games, toys, even clothes.

Very enjoyable experience. The beautiful woman behind the desk was very helpful and did not make me feel weird about anything that I was asking. And the atmosphere in the store was very welcoming. Would definitely recommend this specific store to anyone looking for fast easy and comfortable shopping.

Absolutely crazy markup $$$ Patrick is great! The woman in the reviews complaining that it’s not run by women needs to wake up, men shop for this stuff too. Stop being sexist and discriminatory against men. If the tables were turned, you’d be much more offended than I am. Men also have a much harsher stigma shopping in adult stores, so get over yourself and learn to use the internet if you’re embarrassed asking a man a question. I would give 4 stars because of the markup, but I’m giving 5 to counter that Karen’s 1 star which is ridiculous.

I am thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my visit to Patricia's. The store was clean, brightly lit, well organized, and had a wide variety of everything a person might need. That day salespeople Alex and Jade were working. Not only were they both very knowledgeable and professional, but were a lot of fun too! The whole experience was great, and I was able to get exactly what I needed. I will most definitely be back!

Ian was the sweetest ever. I was having a hard time, searching all around town for a specific product and they helped me with care, respect, and understanding. I know for the future that ill be stopping here first!
