Super place with great staff. The size is overwhelming but they came right over to help me find what I was looking for. Gave great product recommendations and helpful advice. Happy to have me wander around and get a better feel for the store. I’ll be back!

Service and selection was great! My partners wheelchair moved pretty easy through the store; save one spot. The lingerie was not organized the best; but the staff were able to help my partner and I navigate the store. I will be going back. I can’t wait to see all the new things that are there.

I have always been greeted with friendly staff when I go to Castle Megastore. But Jennifer was in a class of her own. I always get nervous when I go into adult stores and within a few minutes she made me feel like I could talk about anything with her. And she sold me what is probably the most expensive item in the store. Along with other items. If she was my employee, I would do everything in my power to keep her happy. Not to mention, she is very beautiful too.

I just want to take a moment to personally recognize Jennifer for the amazing customer service she provided me. From the start, she was incredibly understanding, patient, and kind. She walked me through every step of the process, encouraged me, and made sure I felt heard and supported. Even though I know sometimes things happen with products, Jennifer made all the difference. She never once made me feel like a burden, and she truly went above and beyond to make sure I was accommodated each and every time. Her professionalism and sweetness turned what could have been a frustrating experience into one where I actually felt valued. Jennifer is a true example of what excellent customer service should look like. She genuinely cares about the people she helps, and it shows in the way she handles everything with patience and compassion. Honestly, I feel like any customer who has the chance to interact with her is blessed, because she really makes an impact. Jennifer needs to stick around a whole lot longer this store is lucky to have her, and I hope her hard work is acknowledged. Thank you, Jennifer, for taking the time and giving me such a positive experience. You absolutely deserve recognition for the way you treat people.

Jenni was very knowledgeable and turned what could’ve been an uncomfortable shopping experience into a pleasant one. It was fairly busy in the store and she was helping multiple guests. She didn’t over crowd me and helped me make the right decision to fit my unique needs. I will return because of her service. Thank you Jenni!

I had a great time roaming around looking at all the different things i never knew existed. I love the snm stuffed dogs and the blow up anime girls. Cool stuff man and the help is fantastic.
