Todd Couples Superstore

Came in was greeted respectfully and handled very well, all the employees were eager to help and provide with no judgment. Rosa helped me and my wife pick out a nice pair of heels as well helped check me out; great worker. Total was less than 200 for quality pieces with more than a handful we left with, showroom was very clean and upbeat and had quite an amount of stock on hand so nobody is left out on different pleasures. Definitely worth a stop and shop!

I've been going to The Todd since 2002. This last visit today on 11/1/25 was the best experience. As a woman shopping in an adult store, I was a fan shopping with an all female staff on the schedule. I've never had issues before at this store but others have made me feel uncomfortable. I overheard an associate, Julie, whom was very knowledgeable on everything that the store had to offer. She was helping a lady finally embark on the side that toys can bring to her sex life. Once I got to the register with my purchase, she was even more knowledgeable and helpful with me. She seems like someone who takes pride in her job. Even though I can buy all of these toys online at a cheaper rate, I liked spending the extra money to see them in person and to have Julie there to go over the toys with me and give me some words of advice on use and care.

I also what to put out there you had to spend 250 on the stamp card to get your 25 dollars off . That’s the original card they gave you supposed to get 25 dollars off but even if you had the original card that I paid 250 to get which I didn’t get til I come in the next time which I spent another 170 today and I have 6 new punches on the new card . I still couldn’t use the 25 dollars off . So in total I spent 420 to have to get 25 dollars off. I am good . Very disappointed

From the moment I walked into the store, Nesha was incredibly helpful and welcoming! I told her what I was looking for and gave her my budget, and she immediately helped me find everything I wanted while staying right within that range. She was so sweet, patient, and knowledgeable about the products she made the whole experience comfortable and fun. I’ll definitely be coming back to the store just because of her amazing customer service!

Not what I expected at all! Store was incredibly clean and the environment was inviting. Everyone who works there is so sweet too. Dave and Luis especially made us feel comfortable. Me and my girl will definitely be back soon!

Every one was very nice there, the store was clean and there wasn’t any smell. There’s a person for every department so if you have a question you will get help. I ended up buying a beautiful pair of heels that were half off, which I was ecstatic about!

Heaven is such an angel literally sent from heaven. I needed help creating a halloween rave outfit with a specific theme and she literally brought the most perfect outfit to life!!! She went above and beyond to help me find items that were comfortable and flowed well together, couldn’t have figured it out without her. Thank you heaven!
