Spencer's

I usually avoid crowded places but heard this store had cool T shirts. Had to check it out and happy I did. There is a huge selection of very cool Horror and Music groups shirts. Got some terrifier shirts. I was assisted and checked out by friendly helpful employees. Excellent service. I'll be returning for sure.

Everything in this shop is hilarious, I laugh at something every time. Anyone who thinks differently takes themselves way too seriously. Staff are all super friendly. A bit pricey but good quality stuff and a lot of unique jewellery for men and women.

Decent selection in store, much better selection of novelties online!

My son went there with his friends to shop. He swiped his debit card, the cashier told him it declined. She then told my son to swipe the card again, this time for a higher amount, and it declined. My son left there with no product. I watched his debit card statement, both charges said pending. Later on that day, first charge said posted, second charge dropped off. I called Spencer’s, told them what happened I was told to wait until Tuesday and the bank should reverse the charge. I call back Tuesday and I am told to wait until midnight. I call back Wednesday and I am told "some banks take longer than others". It’s now Friday and I call again, the lady said "it’s a bank issue, not us!". I call my bank, they verify that the money was definitely taken from my son’s account, as a valid purchase. So now I have to dispute this charge. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! How sad to steal money from a child, what kind of company is this. What blows my mind too, is I called so many times and not once was I asked any information regarding the charge to look into it. Just "oh well it’s your banks fault!". Definitely won’t be shopping there ever again.

Denise was absolutely helpful and a charm. She helped me and my friend find stuff we didn't know was there. Please give her a raise.

Cashier was nice and all until she asked about rounding up my total for donation. I said no and she paused and said with a condescending attitude "Really? Not even 11 cents?." I firmly said no and she let it go but was stand offish while handing my receipt. I find that response/behavior really odd and felt slightly uncomfortable.

Spencer's is my favorite store, honestly being antisocial and weird it's hard to find clothes that fit my personality but seriously they have all the anname clothes I love! And their trinkets just Crack me up, I probably own half the store by now. And their staff is always super helpful and so sweet!
