Dave & Buster's Thousand Oaks

I have to say…..this place is awesome and the food is great. I had a salmon/rice dish and it over exceeded my explications. Our server was super nice, attentive and a joy to have. The kids had a great time and managment came to the table to make ensure everything was good. You have to check out the dart boards, so great for parties. We will be back to try that big/cool new claw machine!!!!!!

General Manager was great went for my daughter's birthday on 8/18/25 and he was great.. we didn't have a reservation but he still helped us along with his party manager.. and they where able to get us set up with the best deal that needed to be made 24hr in advance. As we were just a walk in he helped out.. I believe his name was nick.. he was great thanks again for great service...and made an 11yr old girl happy...

I took my two boys and had a really fun time. The food was excellent. I only wish there was more on my plate! The service was good but the best was the GM, Nick Wilson. He took really good care of two situations that I had. He was professional & kind.

We bought the Super Bowl experience and it was definitely not worth it. We were one of the first people seated and waited for 30 minutes before a waiter came over. Then we waited another 30 minutes to get our order. It was my birthday and by far the worst, and I've spent some in prison. My family will not be going back

Extra star for atmosphere and vibes, everything else? Meh. Food was ok at best, wait times to get a table took 20mins even though it wasn’t packed, and getting our food took about another 30 minutes, not to mention any requests you make take an additional 15-20 minutes to get done. The waitress was pleasant but the wait was not. Given the amount of staff I figured it’d be a quick dining experience, now it makes sense why other tables got up and left. Come to play not to dine.

Was told 30min for a table, it took 50 minutes to be seated. Server had too many tables which is on the Management. Some orders arrived at a decent time (20min). I waited over 2hours for some wings including my mom. Asked for a discount and was only offered free ice cream. Asked for manager and finally was offered a discount but took a few conversations to get the wings for free because we had to leave when the food arrived. We were celebrating a birthday and this really did ruin the joy.

We had a large group of kids come between games. Great spot for bday and spot for watching games on weekends
