One of the best places to play Sound Voltex in North America, with three Valkyrie Models all on the brand-new Nabla version and one of them even having a capture card with a hand cam. With the exception of Chunithm, Taiko, and Pump It Up (and even then PIU is still perfectly playable), all the rhythm games here are in fantastic shape and benefit from being on the latest hardware. Of all the Round1's in the country, this is definitely one of the best overall.

Brought my daughter earlier in the day. We had no difficulty getting a lane for an hour of bowling. They moved us to a different lane when our lane didn’t work properly and added time back to our game to compensate for the down time. The themed drinks ($10) were cute and tasty, big thumbs up from the kiddo and from me. Loss of one star for two reasons: the ladies room is currently under renovation (if it’s been a while this should be fine) so ladies need to wait for the single-toilet family restroom. Also, they were short-staffed and no one restocked the machines in the two hours we were there. So, most of the small claw prizes were empty or had at most two prizes that had been knocked way out of position. We got a couple of cute hanging toys. So, kiddo was happy enough but the money-to-prize ratio left me feeling reluctant to come back until I see some reports of improved staffing.

This place has the most games out of any type of fun center I’ve been to! I was amazed at the multiple rows of grabber machines. There’s bowling and a random chance to compete with other bowlers for some recognition. I was surprised to see some pool tables and a small food court all in the same area. There’s a variety of food items to choose from, I tried their fried wings (un-sauced) and was pleasantly surprised! They are finger licking good! Your family can easily spend all day here! There is alcohol but the bar was closed the day I went.

I used to love going here, but at this point I don't even want to anymore. I had spent over 200 points trying to get one plush. The machine broke down more than 3 times on me. I had asked if I could have the plushie or if I could try to get the same plushie on another machine but they refused to do either. Which I see no issue in the latter at all. I'm both confused and pissed off about this whole thing, and it genuinely made my whole experience at round1 horrible.

I have been a few times. I always go bowling when I go up there and I always buy a game card. This time when I went up there the first game I played right in front of the register didn't work. So of course I did my due diligence so I swiped my card again making sure it was not me. Well I had the three kids so I had walked around the machine and swiped one two three. Okay obviously I didn't do it right one. Okay cool. This should work too quick swipe the other one so they're all in the same game. Well it took my credit all six times. I made sure it was not me and it was the machine and I was right in front of the register. You could see my three kids sitting on the machine waiting for it to start and waiting for me to return from stepping 5 ft away to the register to complain. The lady that sold me the card was like oh well I'll have a mechanic come look at it but there's nothing more I can do other than have a mechanic come look at it and then they can help you once they look at the machine. But that's my manager over there in red. Cool. I go over the manager and I explain the whole thing to here. Hey look there's my kids waiting for this machine to work. It's not working. I swipe my card technically six times because you have to swipe them quick for multiple people to play the same game and I thought the first time it was me so I did it again and clearly it was taking points off the card. I checked it and it's not me. It's the machine. My kids cannot play this machine. Can I please get my refund for these tickets so my kids can be entertained? Cuz really the only reason I wanted to play that particular machine was because it's right here by the register. All three of my kids can play it and it'll keep them entertained instead of screaming or jumping or whatever because they're happy to be here. I can't refund you. The manager said the mechanics must come look at it and they will turn the game on for you once they fix it. I'm like look. The only reason I swipe my card on that game was because we were right here and I was trying to get my kids occupied while we were finishing other transactions of purchasing stuff from your store. I no longer wish to play or operate this game. I no longer wish to spend money. Are my card points on this game. I would like a refund for this game. I cannot do that. The mechanics must come look at it and they can start the game for you. That was my interaction with the manager after trying to swipe and pay and play for my first game. Okay let's move on from that ordeal. Cool. I want happy kids. I'm going to have happy kids. Let's go play another game. The second game I started did not have any ball or balls to play the game. Now I have one kid who gets to play and the other kid where's my stuff. It's not working so of course you know I'm going to have to. They want to play games together so I'm at a huge troubleshoot here. I just want happy kids. I just want machines to work like they're intended. I really don't want to argue with anyone or make anyone feel upset like my kids are because the game's not working and I'm paying for it but the management there was just very disappointing to work with and I was not happy with their responses. It was very lazy and unaccommodating for the customer. If you have kids that are not teens that can run around on their own, don't go here. Just don't and as an adult half of its gambling games. Anyway, unless you're trying to win something for your girlfriend boyfriend significan it doesn't feel rewarding to play the video games there unless you're playing the gambling games. Thay do have two of my favorite games. The basketball connect four and Minecraft dungeons. They also offering a pretty cool ax throwing game that seems to work every time I use it. I would like to comment how satisfying the bowling balls are a little slippery from whatever they wipe them down with, but always tidy in the bowling area. Oh I want to add something. Know that the mechanics there are much easier to talk to and I saw three or four mechanics all was working.

Used to one of my go to place either I enjoy Plusishes Hunting or Arcade. But today things took unexpected turns, Firstly when I ordered the 16oz Chicken Karaage for the pricing are as High as Dinning in Full Blown Restaurant, I would expect they hold up some Quality. However, the Food Portion of it being $18.99 was extremely small, what make it Shocking is the Chicken Karaage were either Burnt for the small ones or Not being Fully Cook for those decent size ones, Pink as the picture shown. Then, while dinning after some long wait, one of their Security was not aware or educated how to Approach their Customers. Despite it is their Policy to check ID 2 times, one being 9pm and another time at 11pm. He didn't invite but directly "Jumped" and Interrupts conversation. Then, and use Vague words like " I dont care about if you being checked ID or not by the entrance.. I need to check IDs" " it is the House Rules, you can see them at the Stand" whereas he could have said " Sorry guys / sorry to Interrupts you all, it is the house rule to check your ID again after certain time." So.. I no longer understand why was such a joyful place become a place that with so much Burdens to their customers. Let alone they also cut like almost half of what they once known for, those Mini but Special Plusishes Machines but replaced with Decorated & Similar Coin Pushers. Astomerphere of Grounds just became less Welcoming compare to 3mos ago. I wish it is just isolated case, but seemingly Comments & Reviews already reflecting its downfall might have began.
