The bigger black lady is insensitive, when a customer comes into the store looking for a specific item. As an employee you should be focused on helping a customer. Instead she decided to make innapropriate remarks about my partner, when i said i was looking for some specific things. One of the remarks said was, "what, is he small?" Genuinely just didnt feel welcome after this. Wont return, ill stick to adam and eve.

Well... to put it lightly... They helped me with my certain needs. I had my own preference and they narrowed it down and while not perfect, it still satisfied me. Wish they had more stuff that you can get only on the internet.

Very friendly people and I promise you they got everything you will ever need ! Highly recommend checking this place out. So much to look at that i bet you can't get out in less that 30 minutes!

Valentines Day... Get Mom something special, Valentines Day is just around the corner... "Amazing Store" I called a friend from the store to tell them what a cool place. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The store is beautiful, plenty of light, and well stocked. Thank you. #SuperFriendly #Helpfull #Romance #ValentinesDay

Always happy to help here. We have visited many times and normally bring a friend's to introduce. It's very bright. Gone are the dark dingy days of Open Minds!

Too expensive and no refund or return on any merchandise. I threw my product away and swore never to return there.

Bright & very stocked with plenty selections. For someone who has huge anxiety it made it very easy for me to shop because It feels more open & no judgment. The employees are exceptional! I was greeted with a smile & felt like I was welcomed! Will definitely be coming back with my husband for all our future fun!
