I’ve never been this disrespected in my life. From the moment I walked into the store, I was followed around and treated as if I didn’t belong. When I asked questions, the employee had an attitude and continued to watch every single move I made. It got so uncomfortable that I even asked her if she would feel better checking inside my Louis Vuitton purse. What made it worse is that there was a group of white women openly talking about getting out of rehab, yet they weren’t watched or bothered at all. The Hispanic woman with short hair targeted me specifically, making the entire shopping experience stressful and humiliating. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I did not feel welcome, respected, or safe in this store. No one deserves to be profiled or made to feel uncomfortable while shopping. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a store.

I always have a good experience when coming here. Employees/Owners are always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about their products while never acting impatient nor judgemental. I've been a customer for nearly 20 years and intend to remain as such 🙂
