Cindie's - Webster

I walked in not having much of an idea of what I really wanted, but within 20 seconds of conversation, Melissa knew exactly what to point me to and everything about the product! She answered my every question and made everything so easy to understand. I even got an extra item I wasn’t too knowledgeable about because she knew everything I was wondering about. Thank you, Melissa and I will definitely be back again.

Spent over $170 on about 5 items. One died within 20 minutes, a second one that the sales person said was "one size fits all" was not even able to be used because that was a complete misrepresentation. Took those two items back and they said its on me. That I had to go to the manufacturer myself. They offered no help and denied having said "one size fits all". I asked for the manager, they refused to give me contact information and said they would give my info to the manager but said that person would tell me the same thing. They also said they knew nothing about corporate office contact info. I strongly recommend people to avoid this company, particularly when they have staff willing to lie about what they said. Two of us heard that same representation. BUY ONLINE FROM OTHER VENDORS INSTEAD OF GETTING RIPPED OFF HERE. At least online companies tend to stand behind their products.(I will update this if Im contacted by the manager)

i freaking love this place! my first time going and the manager made me feel so comfortable, like i was able to just talk to her, ask questions, and she made every answer feel so comforting? IM NOT SURE HOW BUT SHE IS IT! i’m not sure her name but she has glasses and black hair so if you ever see her just know she makes the store welcoming and fun!!
