This is by far the best adult store I’ve been to. Huge selection and incredibly friendly staff. Mo specifically (you’ll recognize him because he is always in bright pink - hair included) was amazing. Greets you with a huge smile, extremely knowledgeable about the products, and went above and beyond to answer my questions without any sort of awkwardness. In the era of self-checkout and technology, high quality customer service become a thing of the past. In Customer Servive has become nearly obsolete so So when you encounter someone who actually cares about their job, it really does make all the difference thanks Mo!

I love the customer service. One of the associates named Edward helped me out a lot. If I had a question about something, he gave me an answer and a suggestion. He also went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. If you ever go and if edward is there, he's very sweet and very helpful.

Beautiful boutique with large selection of adult toys, books, lubes, intimate apparel and bondage. Also has an art gallery with plenty of seating.

Iconic and inclusive. I came in with my partner who had a pretty unique fantasy request. Sigourney attentively and patiently helped us purchase what we needed to safely pull it off. 10/10!
