Terrible manager. Rude right away. Incredibly spun out and aggressively unfriendly. Will NOT return. Unable to bring in my 350$ scooter to avoid theft. Again. Do better with staff Hustler.

Lacking in product. The store it's self wasn't bad. I'm used to a much larger selection in Boise with the staff more than willing to open boxes and share their enthusiasm for their products. Tho, I will recommend the Boise store for being better in hospitality & having loads of sexy products to explore.

A must visit!!! Great customer friendly staff that makes me feel comfortable with every purchase. Very knowledgeable of the items being sold and what works best with what. I never felt like they were just after the sales, but genuinely care about what I was looking for and how to properly use the items purchased! Will be returning! This my new favorite Adult store in SLC.

Buyer beware-Unfortunately I have to write a bad review of our favorite adult store in Utah. We purchased an adult toy about a week ago and we did not have them test it before we left the store. The toy will not charge and is defective. I went back to the store today and was told they won't do anything about it and to contact the manufacturer which I did first and they told me to return it to the store. After spending thousands of dollars at this location without any problems, we will be shopping elsewhere now. The manufacturer of the product is also in the UK and I will need to ship it back to them for evaluation. As a well known retail Establishment this is unacceptable to not back products you sell.
