Indi was amazing! They made me feel completely at ease and helped me find the cheapest option that still worked perfectly for me. I found exactly what I was looking for and left with way better expectations — sex stores don’t have to be intimidating!

I came in a few days ago and was given 10% off to give this review so here it goes! I have NEVER met anyone more in need of an ego check than Indi. From the moment I walked in, I was completely ignored the entire time I was there, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. On top of that, I overheard her speaking negatively about the previous customer after they left and discussing what they bought, which was extremely unprofessional. That kind of behavior is DISGUSTING and not something anyone should experience while shopping. Customer service like this reflects very poorly on the store, and I hope management addresses it! Overall the Store itself was very nice and pretty, had lots of good products for great pricing

I went in looking for a new lube due to having a bad experience with one I had previously. Kelsey helped me out with finding a few new options to try out : Ones that were pH balancing, free of glycerin and great for sensitive skin. Even though I didn’t get anything that trip in, I’ll definitely be coming back in for her help and recommendations again. The staff and environment were amazingly friendly and very welcoming!!

I love this store they have so many options, was able to get some fun and silly gifts for my friends for Christmas. Indi is super friendly and answered our questions about the different products, and helped with recommendations when I wasn't sure what to choose. You're the best!
