Romeo and Juliet's

Its not what I thought it would be. It was clean, no oder, no sticky floors, and the people that were there everytime we went were friendly. The staff was very helpful with our questions and even had their own suggestions from their experience. I am comfortable enough to say that I would feel safe if I went in there alone. Planning on meeting up with some friends there soon! Super excited 🤗😊

Great new staff specially the African American lady she’s super helpful. Very clean store & well organized. Way better than Annabelle’s. Got a $10 ticket for the back & was not disappointed ! Hadn’t been there in a while. Very clean & the staff kept going to the back to clean the bathroom & swept a couple of times while I was there. Glad they got rid of the lazy staff that wouldn’t get up from their laptops or food !

This used to be a great hangout spot. It appears that some of the workers have been replaced throughout the years, and the situation has only gotten worse. The new manager they recruited who only works the early hours is insane; they definitely need to get rid of her. She's usually whining and quite unpleasant to the majority of the customers. I've heard mutable times of her talking down on other employees and just having a poor attitude overall. It appears she's only there for the salary and nothing else.

Shalisha, please forgive the spelling if not correct, WAS SO HELPFUL. I was a little unsure about what I was wanting. I walked in and she greeted me and came out on the floor and was willing to listen and help!!!!!

Wife and I love this place. The GHs need to be higher up,too low for fun . We are going to try it again on Saturday 22nd. Hopefully it will be a great vist, maybe they will work on this. We hate to go to Raleigh for fun but that's what we have to do. Need large ones.

$5 to enter which gives you about 30mins of video with the code on receipt. Low rating for placement in the booths. There is a bench in the booths to sit on but it’s very awkwardly placed to actually use the GH. Which is a shame. Probably won’t be back for this reason. Has a great video system and a huge selection of videos. No trash cans or towels in the booths which is a standard in 80% of the places I’ve been to. Large theater area. I will say the staff was very bubbly and kind, at least the two ladies I interacted with. The store was huge, well stocked and organized. So my rating has nothing to do with this aspect of the place.

This location has recently come under new management and has been renovated. They have built a theater and the product prices are amazing. Staff is friendly and very helpful. It is also extremely clean. There are plenty of products for people with sensitive skin and latex allergies, tons of lingerie and even wigs. I check them out regularly, they always have something new.
