Incredibowl Entertainment Winter Haven

My daughter had a blast at her bowling party there. The place was very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful specially the manager Keshawn and the party attendant girl Jodielys. Those two went above and beyond to make it a special day for my daughter. Thank you guys for everything. I would definitely recommend this place.

This was the best bowling experience ever! Caleb (cashier)was great and made our experience even better, his customer service was outstanding. We had a a cheese pizza with extra cheese and some boneless chicken and it was delicious. We will come back for sure!

I had an amazing experience working with Keshawn. He is so down to earth and genuinely one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. From start to finish, he made the booking process incredibly easy and stress-free, answering all my questions and making sure everything was taken care of. His professionalism, kindness, and positive energy really stood out. I would absolutely recommend Keshawn to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable experience.

I visited this place with my son, and we had such a great time at the arcade! There’s a nice variety of games, and we both had a blast. A few of the games were unfortunately out of order, which was disappointing, and I noticed there wasn’t much staff around to assist. However, overall, we really enjoyed ourselves and spent a good amount of time playing. I didn’t get a chance to check out the bowling alley, but the arcade alone made the visit worth it. We’ll definitely be back!

Was lied to got a flyer for birthday parties planned one in advance and was told I can only plan a small party a week in advance although we did it last year and the year before that so flyer states twenty four hours in advance so...... put out by the company. I have another event here planned out already so after that I will never comeback and I have asked my company to no longer advertise for them.

Tried to take my son bowling there , And was told that there were no lanes available because leagues had reserved all of the lanes for 30 minutes later. I guess if you’re just walking into bowl, your money isn’t good enough. I definitely won’t be coming back and I will definitely be telling everyone I know not to go there.

Took the grandson here for his birthday. Noticed others doing the same. Had a delightful time bowling and the game room afterwards was fun for all. Definitely recommend.
