I tried to purchase something how to closest store called sassy Sensations and it was not the right kind of thing for me so I went to exchange it unopened and only about five minutes later and they were extremely difficult and basically told me no. So I went to Adultmart after I searched on Google and I will go there for anything that I need when it comes to adult things from now on just from the lady working tonight. She was completely professional and courteous and she is just the type of person who brings business back because of how professional she was

As a former employee (with 2nd top sales in my location) and as a customer last night I HATE the vulture approach and I HATE trying to be upsold, essp. when I already have something in hand I am satisfied with. My husband and 1 of our girlfriends just gave up and stood back because there was no room for us to discuss anything we were looking at privately, our other girlfriend is shy, they are supposed to be able to tell how to approach different customers, and they didn't. They were pushy, assertive, and made our shopping experience less than fun, although they were very friendly, we wanted a very casual shopping and exploring experience and we got neither. I may try again at a different time of day, hopefully I'll be able to shop with more ease.

My first time in an Adult store, the clerk was very friendly. Made the experience comfortable. Reasonable prices. Highly recommended.
