I had an AMAZING experience with the manager there I forgot her name. But she’s like mixed I think maybe Hispanic. She was SO HELPFUL, shared her experience with me and my boyfriend. It was absolutely fantastic. She advertises so well. It’s like the moment I walked in (my first time shopping) she was welcoming and me and my boyfriend are walking around and she talks to me and him like she’s known us for years. Her spirit and energy was THERE!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Hubby and I went in to just browse. We were greeted by Raquel and Nancy, they were the sweetest people I've had the pleasure of meeting. Turned out they were able to help us with some things we didn't know we needed help with lol. Raquel was so attentive and ready to help in any way she could. When in the area and need some good advice on lingerie, or just like me,going thru menopause and needed help with some sexual areas. Do not feel shy or embarrassed. These ladies are here to help in any way. I have never felt more comfortable or more classy in an adult store. They didnt make u feel cheap. And its very very nice and clean in this establishment. The video rooms are VERY clean and they make cleanliness their first priority along with customer service. Hubby and I will certainly be back. Thanks Raquel and Nancy for an unforgettable experience. The one on one customer service was amazing, especially with Raquel, she went above and beyond her duty. Sammie was also amazing, hubby and I went back that evening and got a DVD and she was ready to help in any way possible. Its just an all around good feel place and they treat ya like family.

Great experience thanks to employee Sawyer, who on top of having a great attitude was extremely knowledgeable about products in store. One question I had required opening box, which was done without hesitation. Lingerie is high-quality, beautiful and great sale prices too! TONS of sample lotions/lubes/body products, great to try before buying full product size. The amount of toys available is intense, there's no store in either Lane or Douglas county that compares to this one! Shopping for intimate items can be intimidating, but doing blind buys online isn't always ideal. If you want expert opinions, GO HERE and see Sawyer, bonus will be the giggles and a fun time! Well worth the trip. ❤️

My husband and I have stopped at the Rice Hill business several times. However, it has not been until the last two times that we have been in here that the two ladies working have been so knowledgeable, friendly, and took the awkwardness out a situation which normally would make people uncomfortable. I told the lady today that I appreciated her being there and we need more businesses that make customers feel as comfortable as she did.

Amazing service from Amanda!! She made the whole experience worth the stop. She is so helpful and informative!! If I could give 100/100 stars I would! Her enthusiasm and knowledge of everything in the store is the reason we will always be back here anytime we drive through.

Amanda was friendly and very helpful I love their selection of lingerie, tights and thigh highs! There is in fact a changing room and they do take the undies with them to ensure cleanliness My only issue was the silly light timer in the changing room
