My friend Emily comes to this spot all the time—she says it’s a total hidden gem and highly recommended I ask for masseuse Rose. I happened to pass by at lunch today, so I decided to give it a go. I’d been walking around all morning and was totally wiped, so I got Foot Reflexology and a Swedish Massage and guess what? It was Rose who worked on me! She’s so thorough, and her hands are so warm. My feet felt amazing afterward, and the tightness in my back totally loosened up. The whole experience was so relaxing I gave Rose a big hug when I left and thanked her so much. Now this place is my new hidden gem too!

Excellent experience from start to finish. The space is welcoming and dlean, the staff are attentive, and the massage tself was top-notch. My shoulders and back feel amazing. and lleft feeling completely refreshed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking fora high-quality, relaxing massage!

Couples massage here was perfect! Gozy room, no awkward small talk just calm. My partner'neck was stiff from work, and l had knee tightness, but we both left feeling loose. Packagedeals are worth it, and it’s affordable. Will def come back!

I was at a sandwich shop at the cali baguette and saw massage Aegean located just above the store. This massage place is not that noticeable from the street because is on the second floor. So I went in to get a massage after my sandwich. The receptionist was nice and got a deep tissue massage from Mia . She worked out the knots on the back of my neck , just what I needed! I would come here again.

Language barrier was a real problem. When we arrived for our 30 minute couple's massage, we were told that the minimum time is 40 minutes, paid before the massage. When we were in the massage room, a male and female masseuse came in-the male got ready to start massaging my wife before my wife protested and they switched. We were not given an option on type of massage-felt like acupressure before a deep tissue massage. My wife kept telling the young lady it hurt, but the masseuse didn't seem to understand. My wife was more sore after the massage than before! We won't be back.

Simple but so good! Clean, quiet, and the massage kills post-workout soreness. l’ve got oldshoulder tension, Mia target it spot on. During the week have discount , and packagesmake it easy to keep coming back. Highly recommend!

Aegean Foot Spa in Mira Mesa is hands down one of the best massage spots I’ve been to. From the moment you walk in, the space feels peaceful and welcoming. Clean, quiet, and designed to help you relax. I got the one hour full body massage, and it was incredible. Mia was my massage therapist, and she did an amazing job. She knew exactly where to focus, had the perfect pressure, and checked in to make sure I was comfortable throughout. She had great technique and clearly knows what she’s doing and genuinely cares about her clients. I walked in feeling sore and stressed and walked out completely refreshed. I would recommend this place to anyone in the Mira Mesa area
