A.T. O'Keeffe's

It was football Sunday but not terribly busy. We sat at the bar and it took about 10-15 minutes for the bartender to take our food and drinks order. It was about 45 minutes to get our food, but that wasn't too bad because we were watching football. Wings were crispy, but not very spicy. Unfortunately, we couldn't get anyone's attention when we needed to leave to go get ready for dinner reservations (which we had already changed to a later time due to how long the food took). After waiting 15 minutes to get the bill, we were not able to get the bartender to come back and take our credit card. He was drinking and chatting with other customers. We needed to leave, so we had no choice but to pay in cash and leave a much lower tip than we otherwise would have. It is so frustrating when you're trying to give your money to a business and you just get ignored. And this happened while sitting front and center at the bar! Overall, 1 star rating because the service was so poor, it ruined the overall experience.

What a waste. Dude working the bar barely spoke to or acknowledged people. Not just us but everyone. Another guy asked for his check and he just yells "40" across the bar. Everything we ordered was barely met with a response. Also the fish and chips, while tasty. This is not a $22 or $24 plate. Idk that I've ever seen a fish and chips plate with only one piece of fish. Maybe this place is a tourist trap and they don't care about repeat business or maybe they just don't like making money. Either way, highly recommend going elsewhere. It's a shame because the space looks nice. Staff was just awful.

We came here because we were staying near the area and we wanted an Irish pub and fish and chips. The location is good because it's by a lot of other shopping, restaurants, Prudential center, etc. But that's where it kind of stopped. As soon as we came inside the floor was sticky. Not only could you feel it stick to the bottom of your shoes but you could hear it every time you stepped. We went towards the back to sit down to get something to eat and nobody came and took our order. We asked somebody else and they said you had to go to the bar so there's only one person working. They were the bartender, the server, the buser, etc. We had to go to the bar ourselves and order and take it to our table. We ended up only having one drink and going somewhere else to eat. Wasn't too impressed with the menu. I loved the front seating by the window so you could sit and watch the action outside.

Stopped in for some beer and wings and was very pleasantly surprised by the whole place. The food and beer was great, and the staff, both bartenders Nicole and Hannah in particular were incredibly friendly and great to talk to. All in all the whole experience was amazing, definitely not what I expected. I will for sure be stopping in next time I’m back in Boston, highly recommend!

If you're looking for a place where the drinks are always flowing and the service is top-notch, give O’Keeffe’s a try! The staff here truly knows how to mix drinks, whether you’re in the mood for a classic cocktail or something more adventurous. The night I stopped in, Hannah and Nicole were behind the bar - it was busy and they were working hard; but also remained genuinely engaging, chatting with customers. It’s clear they both value building relationships with their regulars. O’Keeffe’s nails the perfect balance of great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Stop by and visit Hannah and Nicole - highly recommend it for anyone looking to unwind or enjoy a night with great drinks served up by even better bartenders!

Absolutely love O’Keeffe’s! The staff always makes you feel welcome!! Hannah is super friendly and creates such a great vibe. Nicole went above and beyond, making fun drinks tailored to what I liked—she even asked about my preferences and made something special just for me. Can’t say enough good things.

Cam turned an average Tuesday with my coworkers into a really memorable night!! Not too heavy of a pour, but you’re definitely getting your money’s worth! Hannah was super warm and inviting, the perfect night out with the girls 🙂 very cleanly, very warm
