Yep higher prices than discount stores, but the products here are the real thing and known-safe, not knockoffs like many from the cheap online stores. This is where to come for unique stuff & discoveries.

Location is clean and well-organized, but only giving 2 stars because of the small selection and the very disinterested employee I had assisting me. Didn't even realize until I got home that one of the products I'd purchased came in 5 different sizes, as the employee never even asked what size I'd like, and I got home to discover they'd given me an Extra Small, which is far too small to fit my partner who was the one who was supposed to be using it. This product cost over $100 and we won't even be able to use it. Thanks a lot. Will not return, skip this location and head to the one in Soho instead.

The first time I came into this place it was amazing. The staff was friendly and very informative. I was free to look around without being pressured to buy something. I bought a few things and was very pleased. I frequented this place again a few days later and still was amazed. Plus they have lingerie for a curvy girl like me. Love It.

I came here to looking for a present ( I ended up getting many presents...but that's a different story for another day ). The staff was helpful and explained how to use the merch I purchased. When, I mentioned it was for someone else -- they went the extra mile on explaining do and don'ts and even checking to make sure everything was working fine. They have a decent selection and occasionally a small table in front of the shop with sale items.

I made a purchase online about two weeks ago and never received it. I called customer service and the CSR was absolutely amazing. I wanted it for a trip I had planned so she arranged to have it available at the Bergen St. location which was closest to me. I didn't get the opportunity to pick it up before the trip but when I did go a few days ago, it was ready and waiting for me. I was really impressed with the standard of customer care.

I went there with my boyfriend and it was the worst experience I've had with a toy store. First, I understand that we were a young couple looking to expand our sexual experience however it wasn't my first time being in a toy shop. The staff made us feel like we were little children ( I was 22 years at time) Upon asking them for an item i was looking for the store associate completely ignored me. But when I went to checkout with my item the real problem began. Store associate kept repeating what we should not do with the item by saying it in a sarcastic manner. I walk out and I never looked back. To any young and dare I say it minority couples don't even bother coming here. Take your money were it will be appreciated!

i love babeland lmao every location is amazing and the staff is extremely nice and knowledgeable. ive never walked out of there unsatisfied or ever had to go back because of a faulty product. they cater to the non-binary spectrum and others within the trans community which is AMAZINGGG and they sell adult videos thay are meant to teach about body exploration whether its a singular action or with a partner! not porn industry induced garbage lmao they also have events and classes ( not SEX classes lmao but demonstration on bondage play with ropes and correct ways to do certain things and also feminist talks!) its an extremely safe place to go to regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, race and disabilities! LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!! ✨
