Bellingham Cruise Terminal/Ferry Terminal

Absolutely blown away at how this place transforms for fancier events. I DJ'd an event there this weekend and walked in not expecting much. Once I went up into the arboretum I couldn't believe how amazing everything looked with some added flowers and lighting. The guests were super happy and so was the bride! Lots of parking for all vehicle sizes. Restrooms, coffee shop, and gift shop. Outside plaques describe history of Bellingham area. Ferry and cruise ships.

Beautiful wedding venue, but poor acoustics and sound control. While the glass extension towards the harbor makes for a great backdrop, the entire room is hard surfaces (metal, glass, hard flooring, etc.). Add many people, and it's hard to hear anything. Adding some curtains beside the windows, flags on the walls, tapestries, or something along those lines would help a lot.

There is more here than first meets the eye.

Really beautiful place with great shops a day bay views. The Schooner docked here is really amazing.
