I had an amazing Tecar therapy session at Body of Needs today with Kevin. The service was extremely detail-oriented, very comfortable, and completely pain-free. I felt instant tension relief right after the session. From the front desk to the back, the staff was friendly and professional. Such a great experience—I will definitely be coming back for another massage.

Went for the first time today and got a pregnancy massage. I found this place online on a Saturday night and was able to book very easily online for the next morning which was amazing! The whole experience was positive and easy from check in to paying. My massage was with Kevin, It was very relaxing! They talk you through all the steps and allow you to take charge of your comfort level. Everyone was so nice and professional. I definitely would recommend, I will certainly be going back!

I booked an appointment for a Deep Muscle Massage and was able to get in the same day. Elle was incredible!! She checked in with me throughout the entire process to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out. I highly recommend her, and I’ll definitely be returning!

Whether you're local to Middletown or just passing through, Body of Needs is absolutely worth the trip! I can safely say that all of my appointments have been a 5 star experience. I've met with a few different massage therapists, all of whom were lovely, and I've booked with Zackary most consistently. His patience and friendliness stood out from the very beginning, and I've never felt pressured to say yes (or no) to specific approaches, add-ons, etc. It's clear that he prioritizes his clients' comfort and values feedback, so that he can ensure your needs are being met and that each appointment is even better than the last!

I received the best massage of my life today, compliments of the lovely McKenzie! I was in so much pain when I arrived and her deep tissue massage was not only customized to my specific needs, but the most comprehensive and skilled massage therapy I have ever received. 10/10 would recommend!

Had an amazing first experience here today! I was able to really easily book online and get right in. All of the staff were lovely. My appointment was with Zachary - who was incredibly talented and super professional. I got a massage and he listened to all of my questions and thoroughly went through the intake form with me. He made sure I was comfortable the entire time and was patient with me. I sincerely appreciated his kindness - I was a little nervous trying a new place! The massage was excellent and made me feel instantly better. I cannot wait to come back.
