Carlsbad Seapointe Resort

Just stayed in room #312 for my wife's 60th birthday. I was very appreciative of the staff booking this room request for me. We have stayed at Seapointe Resort 6 times now and I thought #312 would be a great view, from staying in other rooms, and it was. The ocean views and sunsets from the patio and living room are spectacular! The views from the rooms in the back units are not nearly as good. Wish we could stay there every time. The property itself is maintained well. And we enjoy the adult pool, but it is a bit chilly... We were there in Jan though, so... Haha.

The staff have been extremely friendly and helpful! I'm here celebrating a birthday, and they had have helped make it feel even more special. The room is beautiful with a fantastic view, and the entire resort has been spotless the whole time I've been here. You can't beat the location either! I have already told several people that they should stay here and hope to return again in the future.

We wanted a low-key, relaxing stay not too far from home and that's exactly what we had. We requested a change of rooms due to a current disability and Miriam at the front desk made that happen quickly and easily. The activities organized and led by Dexter were enjoyable and a good opportunity to meet other guests. Overall we had a good visit and will be back!

The excellent hotel staff made this getaway trip for me and my 85 year old mother very enjoyable and comforting. The entire hotel staff was friendly, kind, helpful, warm and welcomed us and all guests like family. |Worth mention, Michael at the front desk was extremely sweet and caring. Even before our stay, I had called the resort the week before trying to finalize which GPX resort location to make the reservation. Michael was the one who had answered and patiently answered all my questions about the resort and helped with comparison of the two resorts I was considering. He was kind, respectful and extremely patient and part of the reason I decided to reserve a stay at Seapointe Carlsbad was because of the telephone exchange with Michael.||I was pleased to meet Michael in person during our stay and find that his hospitality and care for the guests are genuine and sincere.||Our stay was enhanced by the excellent activities staff led by their friendly fearless leader Dexter. Dexter’s care and concern for all the guests and the excitement and joy he infused into the simplest activities was the best part of participating. Dexter and his staff ( Noemi and Fernando) were 100% focused on providing an inclusive, fun social experience for guests of all ages.|The entire hotel staff was above and beyond with their genuine customer care. The warm, welcoming atmosphere is one of the major reasons I would come back and vacation here again.

We had a little misunderstanding with our booking and the staff made it right for us within a half hour of our arrival. Thank you Michael! We love the location, how quiet and secluded it is, the views/sunsets, the adult only pool (though there is a full size family pool too), that some activities are offered, beach access! We will be back 🙂

Had an absolutely fantastic stay here with our family of 4! Location couldn't be more ideal with just a short walk across the street to the beach. Loved all the amenities from the pool, hot tubs, outdoor grilling areas and the well equipped kitchen was fantastic to not have to eat out as much. Resort is meticulously clean, staff super friendly, and will definitely be back!

Just wanted to say "Thank You" to Noemid Flores for freshening up the room today. Looks and feels perfect!|It was great to see Brandy Forsyth again this week. And to meet our new GM, Brittany! The hospitality at SeaPointe is a big part of the magic!|We did Marguerita Monday with Dexter. And we can’t miss the Wine and Cheese Social. Lots of fun!
