The fellow my friend and I interacted with was fun, knoweledgable, and had a polished no-pressure way about him. A real pleasure to have for help! The only reason I only gave.just 5 stars was not his fault, they just didn't have.some of what we were looking.for.

Had an uncomfortable shopping experience with the older woman who was working around 3 yesterday- Terra or Tasha or something? I went in to shop for some new lingerie and she was just very unfriendly and seemed to be judging my purchases. She was also on the store phone having a loud personal conversation which made me hesitant to ask questions. I've had great shopping experiences in the past with the younger employees, so I was a little surprised at the lack of good customer service this time

I just want to take a moment to personally recognize Jennifer for the amazing customer service she provided me. From the start, she was incredibly understanding, patient, and kind. She walked me through every step of the process, encouraged me, and made sure I felt heard and supported. Even though I know sometimes things happen with products, Jennifer made all the difference. She never once made me feel like a burden, and she truly went above and beyond to make sure I was accommodated each and every time. Her professionalism and sweetness turned what could have been a frustrating experience into one where I actually felt valued. Jennifer is a true example of what excellent customer service should look like. She genuinely cares about the people she helps, and it shows in the way she handles everything with patience and compassion. Honestly, I feel like any customer who has the chance to interact with her is blessed, because she really makes an impact. Jennifer needs to stick around a whole lot longer this store is lucky to have her, and I hope her hard work is acknowledged. Thank you, Jennifer, for taking the time and giving me such a positive experience. You absolutely deserve recognition for the way you treat people.

It is ALWAYS a thrill to shop with you all. I have never had a un exciting time in your establishment. My kinks are normal but most places look at me in my Pink outfits and whispers abound. Never at the Castle Megastore, and I find that extremely pleasant.

This was my first time at this place, and it was an absolute blast! They had everything I needed, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I ended up getting a few things I probably wouldn’t have tried or thought I would be into… Will definitely be back.

The store and staff is great. Unfortunately I was not able to find the product I was looking for. No leather speed straps were available, and they may not carry them. The silicone selection however, is extensive. Just a personal preference.

Sales associate was very helpful, a little annoying how often they checked in, but in the end made approaching them with questions easier. Gave many suggestions and advice, we even followed some of it and I’m happy we did.
