Celebration Cruises of Santa Barbara (Whisper and Lil' Toot)

My friend and I recently met in Santa Barbara for a girls’ getaway. We decided to book a private boat tour on the Whisper. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and all our wonderful captain shared about the area. We left tried all the restaurant recommendations Captain Natalie suggested and we thoroughly loved each one. We highly recommend taking a tour with Captain Natalie!

Our tour with Captain Charlie was a wonderful, informative and lighthearted. A relaxing time was just what we needed and we will definitely be back. Totally worth the price.

We had an amazing time with Charlie. He made my birthday really special. He gave us a relaxing tour, he was knowledgeable, and put in some real effort to make the ride a great experience. My kids had a great time, saw some wildlife and we even had an amazing sunset. Charlie even took a few great pictures of us as a family. Priceless. Highly recommend!

We had the best Father's Day cruise on the Whisper with Capt. Charlie! He was super knowledgable with the harbor and Santa Barbara in general, which is fun to connect with being locals ourselves. It was such a smooth ride and so relaxing. We all had a great time and love that you can bring your own food and beverages with you on the cruise! Looking forward to another cruise soon!

I booked this experience for my dad’s 50th birthday. It was the highlight of our entire trip. Charlie, the captain, was knowledgeable and provided a great time on the water. We had amazing views of the Santa Barbara Harbor and even harbor seals! My only regret - that I didn’t book the 90 minute experience ahead of time. Oh, and it’s an electric boat which means no engine noise! 10/10 recommend!

We booked the private charter experience for a bachelorette and had a great time! Bride-to-be rated it 11/10. Our captain Charlie had the perfect balance of light conversation and letting us enjoy the ride on our own. He also took great photos for us and drove us by a concert on the water! I recommend this for a special occasion.
