Cocoon Day Spa Oakland - Rockridge

Today I went to the Cocoon day spa in Rockridge and got the Bright Skin Facial. Morgan P. did my facial, she was so sweet and informative. I learned a lot about the products they offer and a lot about my skin. She took her time and she did a great job! I hadn't had a facial in years and she made sure I had very refreshing and relaxing experience! I will definitely be back! From check in, to check out all the staff was great and made this experience wonderful.

I had been coming here since 2020 and haven’t gone anywhere else. Every single member of the team is so very sweet and kind. The services are always calming and meet my expectations! I mainly go for waxing and facial services, but the massages are also fantastic! 10/10 spa, and always recommend to my friends and family. They even have cute little shop inside!

I recently had my second visit with Rhiana and I’ll definitely be back again. She is incredibly sweet and kind and makes an otherwise uncomfortable service feel very easy. She works quickly while still paying close attention to detail, and I always leave feeling really satisfied. I also love the salon itself—the location is great and street parking is easy, which makes the whole experience even better. A big thank you to Rhiana and the team!

Cocoon is the best spa in Oakland. I’ve come here for years for waxes, eyebrows, tanning, facials & massages. I was lucky enough to just have a hydra facial by Rhiana this evening and it was a treat. I can’t wait to see the results in the morning! I recommend Susannah for tanning, Jen for brows & Rhiana (again!) for the most thorough waxes ever. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

This is my favorite places to go! I have been coming here for 8 years since it was a smaller location on the same street. It’s grown into such a beautiful place. The staff is amazing and I love my esthetician. I highly recommend this place and when they are training new beauticians sometimes there’s a discount for models. They serve tea and chocolates and have a cute lounge to chill in. I love to read my book there if I can spare the time before or after an apt. They are so sweet and flexible. I love the hydro facials they do!

This is my go to for wax and it has been for years. My daughter now gets her wax as well. We both love Rhiana. She is incredible. She is skilled, warm, detailed, and has amazing customer service. She does my wax and facial. I highly recommend her. I also got my first massage here and loved that as well. Cocoon Bare is a full service establishment that provides excellent service and Rhiana is a main reason why my daughter and I return.

I had a dermaplanning and customizable facial with Cimma and she was absolutely phenomenal! She was incredibly professional and knowledgeable and answered so many of my questions regarding skin care! Very gentle and thorough with my facial too! And she made sure I was comfortable and informed with all the steps during my facial!
