The party is back on 3 mile harbor East! Updated aesthetic, sound system, elevated crowd, best jump off in the Hamptons.

I came here over the holiday weekend and had such a positive experience. Everyone from the door hosts to the managerial team were so kind and attentive. It’s a huge venue with great Djs and lots of fun. Definitely recommend to those who are looking for a guaranteed good time.

STEVEN IS THE MAN !! He not only checked in on me and my friends when we needed water, but he also GENEROUSLY took off his sweatshirt and gave it to me when I commented that I liked it (he was wearing a Common Ground East hoodie). He didn’t even need to do that, but he did! Knowing that Steven works here makes me know that this is the place I want to come again and bring my friends - thank you Steven !

Rude staff. Couldn’t give us a strait answer on pricing. When they finally did charging $200 per person guys and girls. Not remotely worth it. Stick with Montauk. Hampton night life died years ago and apparently isn’t coming back.

Literally the worst place, unorganized, rude, and disrespectful. I wish this place was shutdown. Not worth your time or money.
