The energy in this place was openly hostile and deeply uncomfortable. The pricing alone is laughable—items marketed as "leather" that are very clearly cheap, mass-produced Temu-grade junk, marked up to absurd levels. What truly sealed it, however, was the treatment. The owner looked me up and down and couldn’t be bothered to offer even basic customer service. I had every intention of spending a significant amount of money here, despite the shabby, poorly curated appearance of the store. Instead of professionalism, I was met with judgment and arrogance. Perhaps the owners should spend less time trolling people on Facebook and more time addressing the quality of their merchandise, their presentation, and the way they treat paying customers. If you’re more interested in sneering at people than running a respectable business, it shows. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.

I was going to go here until I saw the owners do nothing but run their mouth on social media about things they shouldn’t care about. Imagine running a nasty,moldy sex shop but still finding time to talk on Facebook. Disgraceful and disgusting.

Owner is absolutely polite and very welcoming. Open to many questions and concerns regarding your interests. No shame here at this place! Definitely the shop to go for those fun times.

My favorite store! There's a little something for everyone, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Very well-versed in the lifestyle. They even make leather products by hand to sell in the store! It's simply a must-visit. It's a one-stop kink shop that gives the chain stores a run for their money.

I've been here a few times, and I've had a great experience every time. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. They wash away the "shhhh we are at an adult toy store" stigma. I felt comfortable with no matter what question I asked. For some reason I seem to walk out with something new each time. lol........I just wish the place was bigger. One thing is for sure though you may notice the selection isn't huge, butttttt don't fret. Crave carries ONLY quality products!!!!!

They are super helpful and prices are very affordable... the place is always clean and the service is always exceptional... owner is extremely friendly and generally happy chatting with his customers just to get to know them he values feedback recommendations and requests from customers is craftsmanship in the handmade products are amazing you can tell he puts a lot of time and effort and patience into making each item every cashier we have interacted with has always been extremely kind knowledgeable and very accepting and non-judgmental

I got here five minutes ago. Walked in front desk was on her phone. Did not greet me. I’m by the heel area trying to purchase new heels & I’ve still never been asked if I needed help. I’m about to leave. That’s $100 out the drain the store could’ve had
