WesTX Abilene Raceway

Havent been to the track in a very long time but went to the first event of '26. That is how a track needs to be ran! Relaxed yet professional, best experience I've had spectating at a track. New owners are doing a phenomenal job and I can't wait to watch the track/community as it continues to grow.

This track is making a comeback! Great racing action, great staff, high guaranteed payouts, and burnout contests! I also heard they had more things coming in the near future! Very nice facilities compared to others I’ve been to. Highly recommended to attend if you’re in the area and there is a race or event going on!

This is a great place to go for some drag racing fun. 15 bucks to get in. Sign a waiver and go watch some races.

West Texas speedway is a great little place to experience when you're in Abilene. Had some great races and decent seating. Last time we went they were running the truck backwards which is kind of strange but overall pretty cool.

They have one of the nicest facility out of all of the tracks I've been too. Byfar the nicest no prep I've ever been too.

Went to the 4th of July event. First time coming all the time I have lived in Abilene. It was the best experience ever. The atmosphere was family friendly and all the staff were extremely kind and courteous. The races were so much fun to watch. The firework show was spectacular. The announcer was so clever and very informative with all the details of what was going on through out the night, which was helpful for a person like me that has never experienced the world of drag racing. I have become a fan of this racing world and plan to come back. Thanks Abilene Raceway for making my night an exciting and memorable experience.
