Crossgates Mall

We visited there mainly for JCPenney. Since it was our first time, we were a bit confused about where to park. Once inside, we started at JCPenney, which was quite large. We spent a lot of time on the top floor , because of their huge collection of dresses. Afterward, we checked out a few other outlets like JD Sports, Spirit Halloween, Bath & Body Works, and a couple more. Since it was the weekend, many stores began closing earlier. We really wanted to shop at DSW and Miniso, but unfortunately, time was too short to visit all the outlets we had planned. When we finally stepped out from the ground floor, we realized our car wasn’t parked there, we had to go all the way back from the ground floor to the top floor again (through Jcpenny ) . Overall, the place is huge and definitely requires sufficient time to explore and shop for everything you want.

Pretty clean and lots to do. Almost all the escalators were broken though. Very friendly staff and some overly friendly workers that will follow you and try to give you their business card while saying "do you style your hair?" Got stopped 3 times by the same lady asking the same question

A terrific mall. Very bright and spotlessly clean and modern. It has all the stores you need, and it’s fully occupied. Comfortable seating throughout, very brightly lighted, with two levels. Anchored by a Macy’s. Plus, not too crowded. ♿️

Alot of machine's malfunction and there are always a few that do not work at the time of visit. Place is fun though it has it's flaws.

I am so happy that this mall exists! It’s like being in a time capsule of my 90s youth (Bath & Body Works! Gap! Hollister! Spencer’s! American Eagle!). There’s also lots of great newer spots, like REI, Zara, DSW, and the Dicks outlet where I’ve found some truly amazing deals. My kids are obsessed with Billy Beez and the Lego store. Also, hit up the corn dog place in the food court and if you’re feeling nostalgic, get a warm Mrs Fields cookie too.

Very large mall, and we went while it was very empty. It kind of felt like a liminal space! Sooo many different stores, there's definitely something here for everybody. Parking was easily accessible. My main issue with this mall was the bathrooms. I could not find a restroom for the life of me, which either means they are few and far between, or that they aren't easy to find. The food court has a nice selection of items as well from all different cultures. Korean, Chinese, classic NY pizza. I have a corn dog displayed below that we bought. Only other issue I experienced was a few escalators were broken. I assume they're fixing that ASAP though. Fun place to explore!
