Bayonne Cruise Parking

From start to finish this was a first-rate parking and shuttle experience. The attendants were not only very polite and courteous but efficient in their handling of our luggage. We were so very pleasantly surprised on the return trip home, as the ship disembarked at 7:30 am, to find the parking attendant waiting for us at the dock. He promptly carried our luggage to the van and shuttled us and one other couple quickly back to the parking lot. We will definitely be back here when needing to park our car again on our next cruise. Definitely a very pleasant and happy experience.

I would definitely use this service again & recommend it. Finding the parking lot can be a bit of a challenge,BUT if you carefully follow the directions they provide, you will have no problem getting there. The area is just a bit of a challenge. Staff was professional, courteous & friendly. We were promptly tended to when we arrived & the shuttle took us to Port Liberty right away. We were assisted with our luggage upon arrival at the port. On our return, we were lucky enough to have the shuttle there with room for us to board with no wait. Again, we were assisted with our luggage & at the lot our car was brought to us. Our car was as we left it and all was good! They were a great, money-saving option & I would use them again.

We were very satisfied with the service provided by Premier Parking. Fast transfer of luggage from our car to the waiting shuttle, valet parking. The vans were clean and on time. On our return from the cruise, the van picked us up within 15 minutes of our arrival at the appointed location (no. 109). Our car was already out of the lot in first position and ready to roll. We just loaded our bags and were on our way. This could not have been a more pleasant experience. Will definitely use again.

Cruised from this port twice already. We were dropped off the first time and parked here the second time. Both had long lines to get to drop off area BUT the cars were moving. Really did not take that long to get to the drop off. If you drive here, drop off everyone and luggages first. Lots of people on hand to guide you and the cars to keep the lines going. Staff that looks after passenger registration were great. Well organized and again lines were long but we’re moving fairly quick. Remember your on vacation so don’t stress over any the lines LOL. Leaving cruise port was also quick And easy. We were off the ship and in the car in less then 30min. I don’t know if it’s like this all the time but so far it has been pretty good both times we were here.

Our experience with Premier Parking was unacceptable. We had no problem getting to the Cape Liberty Cruise port to board our cruise. However there were no vans to pick us up when we returned. We waited at the pick up zone for over an hour only to find out there were no vans. The staff took it upon them selves to use their own vehicles to pick up the drivers so they could get their cars to return to the port to pick up their own luggage. I have to say the staff was wonderful but the service from Premier Parking was very poor.

The staff was friendly and helpful both leaving from and returning to the parking lot. There was very little waiting throughout the entire process. The van was at the port when the early departure group arrived, and we were quickly taken to the lot. The driver gave helpful instructions for returning to the highway. The lady at the lot quickly moved several cars so that I was able to leave right after arriving. I am very appreciative of your service and would definitely use it again, and recommend it to my friends. Your company is a handy resource and your staff should be commended. Thanks

Highly recommend. We received an email with a promotional code, booked in advance and received a confirmation email. We located the parking lot I believe with no issues (this is our third time using Premier, but I don't recall any issues in the past). We were immediately directed where to park, exited our vehicle and got on line with our luggage. Promptly a passenger van arrived and there was an attendant asking how many in our party to get us on the shuttle. The driver loaded up our luggage swiftly, we boarded, he was friendly,courteous and drove safely. We arrived at the port and our luggage was immediately unloaded, he directed us, told us where to line up on the return trip and we were on our way. That exact experience has happened every time. The return trip was equally as efficient. I would use Premier again.
