Boise Whitewater Park

This park is really beautiful. There's plenty of walking paths with the Boise River Greenbelt going right through the park. The wave surfing pool is a huge staple of this place and brings in a lot of people. The two bodies of water are rather large and great for canoeing and kayaking of just to float around in. The parking situation can get super though especially during really nice summer days and off-site parking nearby is not very close by. As with most of Boise's public parks, they are kept rather clean and tidy.

Love this park it’s next to the greenbelt with several safe swimming options near by. Bring your kids to play or just paddleboard on the pond, play on the sand or just relax in the sun and enjoy the nature. It’s a rather large park with several options.

Cool. place to do a little outdoor recreation without having to leave town

Beautiful park. Even though it's a city park you feel you're in nature due too the river and trees. Very peaceful place.

So beautiful & peaceful. Lots of birds singing & happy people walking & riding bikes etc. The parks & walk ways are so clean & we'll maintained.

Great place for all ages, very special

Just visiting from out of state and Wow, what a great park! We loved the winding paths, something different to see or do everywhere. It was beautiful, and I'll bet the whitewater activities are really fun. Good on 'ya, Boise!
